We’re excited to deliver your orders with care and efficiency through our trusted shipping partners, USPS and UPS, using Pirate Ship’s discounted shipping rates.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.
If we experience a high volume of orders or nationwide shipping delays (such as during holidays or severe weather), your shipment may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories from Avon, Indiana (ZIP 46123).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email within 24–48 hours. Please allow USPS or UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Order Damages or Loss
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please keep all packaging materials and provide clear photos of both the item and packaging for claim purposes. We’ll handle the claim process directly with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bliss Mode pieces! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping labels are provided for domestic orders only.

What does “Flat Rate Shipping” mean?
Flat Rate Shipping means you’ll pay one fixed shipping cost for your order, no matter where you are in the U.S. or how many items you buy (as long as it’s under $100).
At Bliss Mode, our flat rate is $8.95 — simple, transparent, and easy to understand.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! All orders of $100 or more automatically qualify for Free Shipping within the United States.
You don’t need any discount code — the free shipping option will appear at checkout once your order total reaches $100.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my package?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS or UPS to update tracking information on their website.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Bliss Mode ships within the U.S. only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Please double-check your mailbox, porch, and nearby areas first. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, contact us — we’ll be happy to help investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped, we’re unable to make address changes.
