Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bliss Mode! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • With all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Non-returnable items include:

  • Intimates (bodysuits, lingerie, undergarments)
  • Swim wear
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

    If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us first at marketing@blissmode.store with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable). Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label (domestic only). The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our conditions may be denied or issued as store credit.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at marketing@blissmode.store within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement or refund promptly.
